POS | Variable Price & Fees (“the App”) is a Shopify embedded app for Shopify POS. This page describes what the App stores and how merchants can request support.

Data we process

• Shop settings you configure (field visibility, price presets, fee presets, fast-select pins, location templates).
• Shopify session tokens and offline access tokens required to run the App (stored via Shopify’s session storage pattern).

The App does not request the read_customers or read_orders scopes and does not store customer email, phone, or order-linked sale records.

How we use data

Data is used only to provide App features: custom pricing on POS, fees, and plan entitlements synced from Shopify App Pricing. Catalog inventory is managed by Shopify; custom products have no linked inventory.

Sharing

We do not sell merchant or buyer data. Processing happens on our hosting (Railway) and through Shopify APIs under your shop’s installation.

Retention & deletion

• Uninstall or Shopify shop/redact deletes shop-owned App data.
• Shopify customers/data_request and customers/redact are acknowledged; the App stores no customer PII or order-linked rows to export or redact.
